Mobile Detailing FAQs

Do you charge a callout fee?

No. We don't charge a callout fee, however, depending on how far you are, we may require a minimum price to go to you. Meaning, if you're over 50km away, we may not be able to do just a Mini-Interior Detail and may need to adjust the price or add another service on.

How do you take payment?

We can accept card, cash or bank transfer, it's totally up to you! You'll receive an invoice that you may be able to use for tax purposes if you use your car for work. If you need to leave before we're finished and can't be there to make payment, we can send you the invoice via email and you can pay that way.

What tools and products do you use?

We use a wide variety of brands, machines, brushes and products to deliver the best results possible. We have everything from $2 cloths to $2000 pressure washer set up. What's most important is we are properly equipped and skilled to take care of your car.

How can I get on your schedule?

Sometimes we're booked out for 2 weeks, other times we can fit you in the next day. We've had customers just catch us on the way home and we've turned around to get the job done, you just need to ask!
